Greg,

Received the Amazing Mobility DVD the other day and I like it a lot. I'm confused, however, regarding what mobility exercises comprise the morning mobility routine. It's not every movement you cover in the DVD is it?

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! as for the MMR, it depends how much time you have to do it and what are you trying to accomplish with it (rehab or simply a recharge routine). I would definitely do one movement per joint at a minimum, possibly doing some extra movements for the trouble spots.

Good luck with it and stay consistent -- it will pay off in the long run big time. Live strong,

Greg
