i just got over some very bad tendonitis
i went to a physical therapist up in teaneck who is the physical therapist for the meadowlands and a few pro sport teams
after a few weeks of ultrasound therapy and laser therapy i have no pain at all
im sure most physical therapists will be able to do this, but i highly recommend this guy, greg has a few of his business cards in the gym
this is the place

Some general advice: keep on the joint mobility work, especially include it in a thorough warm up before training sessions. Find some releasing postures and stretches to compensate for whatever work you're doing. Keep extra conscious of your technique through upper extremity movements - make sure you're loading your structure and not your soft tissue/fascia.

Also, I find that grip work, especially on thick rope, tends to help with such issues.

And as mentioned above, get it checked out.
